Building an innovative analytics and threat intelligence platform that will be responsible for predicting threats in cloud applications. In this role, candidates will architect, model, and implement various threat patterns that can be used to predict security holes and threats in cloud applications. Candidates will work closely with data science and analytics engineers to design machine-learning techniques that will be used to predict known and unknown threats. You will keep abreast with the latest security break-ins and continuously enhance the threat platform. Candidates will research and build new threat models to keep ahead of the attackers.

Qualifications/Experience/Background:
• 5+ years of experience in threat research and ethical hacking
• Deep understanding of various security vulnerabilities and threats
• Experience in ethical hacking and breaking into applications; Implemented reverse engineering techniques to break into applications
• Research experience in modeling attack patterns based on access patterns of applications
• Deep understanding in the following security technologies: access controls, encryption, application security, SSL, firewall, network security, DLL splitting and reverse engineering
• Implemented any one of the following product areas: malware/vulnerability detection, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention
• Have used security tools: Application vulnerability testing tools (OWASP), Fortify, HSM, SSL, Encryption, Oauth, SAML tokens
• Security Analytics and Intelligence; Threat and Vulnerability Management
• Big plus if worked on Cloud and BIG DATA technologies – Cassandra, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Machine Learning algorithms and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, test-driven, collaborative and iterative environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Educational qualifications:
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
