**_Role:_** _Threat Intelligence Expert_ **_Location:_** _Hyderabad_ _About the job_ **_Our Team:_** _Our Security Operations & SOC team, reporting directly to the CISO alongside the Security Architecture and Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams, plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our organization. Under the leadership of the Security Operations & SOC Lead, this team ensures our organization's resilience against cybersecurity threats and incidents._ **_Main responsibilities:_** _The Threat Intelligence FTE, reporting to the Security Operations & SOC Lead, will play a crucial role in our cybersecurity efforts. This position is responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence. The role focuses on identifying, monitoring, and mitigating threats to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's digital infrastructure. The Threat Intelligence FTE will work closely with other cybersecurity teams to provide actionable intelligence and support proactive defence measures._ _Specific responsibilities of this role include:_ + **_Monitor threat intelligence feeds and actively hunt for potential threats:_** + _Regularly review and analyse threat intelligence feeds from various sources._ + _Identify and assess potential threats and vulnerabilities relevant to the organization._ + _Provide timely and actionable threat intelligence reports to the SOC._ + _Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and mitigate identified threats._ + _Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest threat landscape and emerging threats._ + **_Drive threat modelling and simulation:_** + _Develop and maintain threat models to evaluate potential risks and impacts._ + _Conduct threat simulations and exercises to test the organization's defences._ + _Analyse results from simulations to identify areas for improvement._ + _Provide recommendations to enhance threat detection and response capabilities._ + _Collaborate with other cybersecurity teams to integrate threat modelling into broader security strategies._ _About you_ + **_Experience_** _:_ + _5-7 years of professional experience (equivalent combination of experience and education accepted)_ + _Previous work in an international environment._ + _In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies across digital domains (network, cloud, endpoint, applications, data)._ + _Demonstrated experience in working within cybersecurity teams, particularly in threat intelligence teams._ + _Proven track record of contributing to the design and implementation of security solutions tailored to the unique challenges of threat monitoring, modelling, and simulation._ + **_Soft skills_** _:_ + _Broad experience in working in large digital teams, with an understanding of how digital and business processes are linked._ + _Stakeholder management and communication skills, especially when interacting with senior leadership._ + _Skilled problem solver and self-starter._ + _A hands-on pragmatic attitude to driving change._ + _Positive, "can-do" attitude._ + **_Technical skills_** _:_ + _High level of proficiency in Sentinel._ + _Understanding of emerging threats and mitigation techniques (e.g., threat detection, threat hunting, intrusion analysis)._ + _Experience with AGILE or similar project management frameworks._ + _Working knowledge of common information security management frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, NIST, NISD, CISSP/CCSP, QxP, CIS20)._ + **_Education_** _:_ + _Bachelor’s and master’s degree (preferred) in any of the following fields of study: Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Information Security_ + **_Languages:_** + _English_ **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
