What You’ll Get to Do:

As the Counterintelligence Threat Seminars Facilitator, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the expertise of CI Agents by delivering cutting-edge seminars focused on priority threat country methodologies and the latest tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include delivering country-specific instruction, leading engaging small group discussions, and providing valuable context for lessons presented by guest lecturers.

In this role, you'll take charge of identifying and scheduling guest lecturers, drawing from academia and the Intelligence Community (IC), ensuring they possess unique knowledge of the threat country. Additionally, you will coordinate building access for guest lecturers, who are enlisted on an as-needed basis to deliver instruction across various courses and iterations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

We are seeking a Counterintelligence Subject Matter Expert (CISME) with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting Cl Campaigns, DIA Regional Centers, or equivalent IC roles.

Your expertise should extend to a comprehensive understanding of Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) threat methodologies and the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TIP) employed.

To qualify, you should possess a TS/SCI clearance and with polygraph or the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Your advanced knowledge of priority threat country methodologies and proficiency in delivering clear and compelling presentations in a seminar environment are crucial.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$77,200 - $162,200
