Introduction to the job

The ROTA (Return Operation & Ticket Associate) contributes to local material availability accuracy by solving issues or preventing them. This position work with teams and departments around the globe to ensure the local customer support engineers have the parts and tools they need, and can return them when they are done. Large parts of the process are automated, but in case of exceptions and disturbances, this position will assist the team to get the engineer the needed parts and tools.

Role and responsibilities

You are the main driver for the local field operations team on disturbances, registered and tracked in the ticketing tool which will handle the issue and manual process between ASML SAP and 3PL(Third Party Logistics)'s Warehouse Management System. You will support operation by performing tasks such as:

Raise issues via ticketing tool with supporting departmentsBCP (Business Contigency Plan) recoveryMaster data enhancement with Master data departmentidoc error handlingetc.Scheduling for returns from customer including rigging and special packagingInitiate and manage ticket from operation disturbanceWork with Planning & Delivery team to drive 3PL performanceSAP error resolving from daily operationActively work to reduce ineffective stock in the local warehouse.Continuous improvement of our operational processes by initiating standardization and automation of our activitiesMeet defined operational targets on material availability, together with the team.

Education and experienceNew entry levelAn associate degree (전문학사) or higher is required.Candidates who are going to graduate in Feb 2025, are also welcome to apply.Experience or degree in business admin., supply chain, logistics are prefrred.Candidates with a career gap are also welcome to apply.

SkillsWorking knowledge of MS office (especially Excel) is required and Power Automate is a plus.Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERPs is preferred.Advanced level in written English, Intermediate in spoken English.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
