Ticket Scanning Supervisor

As one of the Supervisors of Ticket Scanning for The Summit, your job is to make sure your staff is providing great guest service along with the checking and scanning of all tickets and season passes and crowd control as guests enter the lift maze. Come work and play at Seattleā€™s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long. Responsibilities Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Ensures that all employees receive the training, support, guidance, feedback, corrective action and resources necessary to be the best at their job. Provide rotating team breaks. Assist Security with reports on ticket fraud, employee injury etc. Always goes above and beyond for our guests while also resolving guest conflict using resort policies and procedures. Communicate problems to the manager, while showing initiative in handling routine matters and emergencies. Effective communication skills with all levels of employees, guests and all other outside contacts. Qualifications What we are looking for: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft Office experience and knowledge REQUIRED. Wage and Benefit Info: The wage range for this positions is: from $23.30 to $24.91/hr PLUS! Incentive Bonuses This is a non-benefited role. All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff). All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
