+ Open and/or close ticket window during business hours. + Sell tickets for the Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center + Reconcile cash drawer to daily tickets sold. + Provide customer service to patrons at the window and/or over the phone + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + Provide great customer service and show the ability to work well with the general public and other employees. + Must be able to accurately handle money receipts. + Ticketmaster or other ticketing software experience/knowledge a plus. + Ability to work flexible hours, hardworking, and reliable. + Must be computer savvy
