Ticketing Quality Control
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about quality assurance in the travel industry? Join ATI Business Group as a Ticketing Quality Control and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and seamless ticketing operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: + Verify and update the availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfers in the system based on client requests received via email, using Salesforce. + Conduct quality control (QC) checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in ticketing and booking details. + Investigate discrepancies, identify errors, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently. + Support internal teams by assisting in cross-checking and quality audits to maintain high service standards. Qualifications: + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Bachelor's degree in any major (a background in Travel/Hospitality is a plus). + Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! + Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently + Experience with GDS or similar travel reservation systems. + Background in Audit/QC processes.
