Tier 1 Help Desk Support Dallas, Texas **Hybrid** Contract $15/hr - $20/hr A top-performing labor brokerage company specializing in installation services for retailers and manufacturers is expanding its team. Committed to delivering high-quality solutions, the company focuses on enhancing products such as doors, windows, siding, and kitchen appliances through expert installation services. They are looking for a Support Technician to manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets and troubleshoot service incidents using the appropriate ticketing systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows, Mac, Active Directory, computer hardware, and Microsoft applications. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Grand Prairie, TX, requiring onsite work 4–5 days per week.
