Tier 2 Deskside Support- Onsite
Duties and Responsibilities:

Tier 2 technicians provide customer service by responding to IT issues, requests for service, and inquiries pertaining to IT equipment and peripherals. 80% of this role will be focused on Supporting MDM request\incidents. The other 20% will respond to Desktop Support surge items as needed.



· Will require flexible weekend and/or evening shift work.

· Manage customer support requests, escalating as appropriate and follow up to resolution

· Provide technical support for all mobile device issues via ServiceNow, telephone, email, and walk-in

· Provides resolution to commonly known issues

· Logs call all issues into the incident management system (ServiceNow) and escalates the calls and issues to Tier 3 support when necessary

· Assisting with Stock Inventory Management and reconciliations

Address other DSS duties as assigned from time to time by management.

This position's salary is between 25-30/hr dependent on years of experience
