Leidos Corporate is in search of a Tier 2 NOC Technician to join our task force at the CIO, supporting our Network Operations Center. The Network Operations Center provides day-to-day operations in support of the corporate LeidosNet environment, supporting over ~47k customers and 200+ remote sites. This team is responsible for the monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance & support using several tools and automation.
This is 100% remote work that requires the ability to work a flexible schedule supporting our global user base in different time zones. Shift style work and some travel are also required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to incidents, triage issues identified by automation, identify scope and gather information to ensure cases are properly documented in our ITSM tool. Responsible for researching functionality and usability related issues; working with other IT personnel to understand the nature of the issue, and communicate steps to resolve and/or consult and escalate to the next tier when needed. Support configuration of equipment using standard templates and coordinating installation in the field.Provide team documentation and answer basic questions on common network related issues.Contribute to both our Knowledge Base as well as our online community.

Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
