Tier 2 Support Analyst
Job Description The Tier 2 Support Analyst will be responsible for performing IT support activities related to client interfacing and internal applications, systems and hardware support and may interface with client or internal users on related problem resolution providing up to Tier II support. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience o Ability to interface with internal applications o Ability to provide T2 support on hardware/software on MS Windows PCs o Ability to perform hardware installs and configurations of PC and/or Unix systems o Ability to perform admin tasks such as inventory tracking and online monitoring o Ability to maintain MS Windows domain accounts o Perform basic UNIX functions including evening backup tape processes o Maintain web pages using HTML editor - Experience working with ServiceNow for ticketing - Ability to interacting w CSuite - Understanding of Active Directory null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
