This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.      We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more.   We are seeking a senior Tier 3 Network Administrator to provide elite-level support and serve as a technical authority on complex network deployments and operations.   The Tier 3 Network Administrator will apply specialized expertise to architect, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable and secure network solutions. Responsibilities include evaluating new technologies, developing network standards/policies, and driving automation/optimization initiatives. This hands-on role will mentor other teams, provide knowledge transfer, and take ownership of the most critical network escalations.   Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field 7+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting large enterprise networks Deep expertise in multi-vendor routing, switching, security, wireless, and protocols Experience with SDN, automation tools, and public/private cloud networking Key Skills: Proven technical leadership abilities and expert-level troubleshooting skills Proficiency in coding/scripting languages and network automation frameworks Ability to architect robust network designs and evaluate new technologies Strong verbal and written communication skills to train and mentor others Analytical skills to review network data and make insightful recommendations Required Certifications: CCNP, CCDP or equivalent industry certification Requirements:  Ability to obtain a Public Trust  Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy The company is an equal opportunity employer.
