Job Description
We are looking for a skilled TIG/MIG Welder for the 1st shift in Plant 1. The primary focus of this role is custom TIG welding on fabricated steel structures. Candidates must be proficient in both MIG and TIG welding techniques and possess the ability to work from complex blueprints. The majority of the work involves small to large steel and aluminum structures, with a significant emphasis on Pedal TIG welding.
ResponsibilitiesPerform custom TIG welding on fabricated steel structures.Utilize MIG welding techniques as needed.Read and interpret complex blueprints accurately.Fabricate and weld steel and aluminum structures from blueprints.Conduct fit-up welding and Pulse MIG welding.Essential Skills2+ years of MIG Welding experience.1+ year of TIG Welding experience.2+ years of experience working from blueprints.1+ year of fabricating experience.1+ year of welding experience on aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in stainless steel, steel, and sheet metal welding.Experience with fit-up welding and Pulse MIG welding.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work involves manufacturing products for various industries, including custom computer cabinets and large frames for the oil industry. The welding involves materials ranging from 3/32 to 1/2 inch thickness, including aluminum, low carbon steel, and various stainless steels. As a full-service metal manufacturer, we offer capabilities ranging from prototyping to precision metal fabrication, machining, and structural fabrication. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
