**Description** : + Candidates will be building custom parts and TIG welding on thin gauge stainless or mild steel (11 gauge or 16 gauge). + Will have to be constantly moving around (not a sit down welding job). They also will have to grind out their welds as well. + There is a finishing department, but candidates are expected to know how to grind. + This is a very detail oriented job and candidates need to be producing high quality welds. + Candidates also need to be open to following the companies procedures and help out in other areas if times are slow. + Will be using a miller weld machine with a foot pedal.
