**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description** Seeking a TIG Welder for a company supplying precision CNC machined and fabricated metallic components as well as complex small to medium sized sub-assemblies to the aerospace and defense industries. The Welder performs a variety of approved welding techniques to required tolerances per engineering specifications. Reads, interprets, and understands product and process drawings, procedures, weld symbols, and quality requirements and applies this to work performed. Able to use employee self-service systems to access online information and use specialized automated systems. Ability to weld components from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and written specifications. **Hard Skills** + Welding experience in the Aerospace industry on thin aluminum + Ability to weld components from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and written specifications + Reads, interprets, and understands product and process drawings, procedures, weld symbols, and quality requirements **Job Type** This is a permanent position. 1st shift: 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday - OT on Friday as needed **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas. **Work Environment** Climate-controlled manufacturing facility in South Fort Worth **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
