**Aluminum TIG Welder - Immediately hiring** Location: North Charleston, SC Position: Aluminum TIG Welder Shift: 1st Shift **Job Description:** **We are currently seeking skilled Aluminum TIG Welders to join our expanding team. In this role, you will:** + Complete welding of prefabricated assemblies. + Set up welding machines unassisted for any process or material thickness. + Operate a variety of fabrication equipment, including plate rollers, saws, pipe rollers, and drill presses. + Fabricate and weld complex assemblies from blueprints. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. **Top Skills Required:** + Minimum of 3 years of welding experience. + Proficiency in TIG welding (GTAW). + Experience with aluminum and stainless steel. + Strong blueprint reading skills. **Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):** + Fabrication and fitting. + Stainless steel welding. + Additional experience with various fabrication equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + In-depth knowledge of GTAW welding processes. + Ability to operate other fabrication equipment independently. + Proven experience in fabricating complex assemblies. **Employee Value Proposition (EVP):** + Enjoy a great work environment with low permanent turnover (less than 2%). + Be part of a growing company with a well-designed weld cell layout and new machinery. + **_Weekly pay_** + Benefits through blue cross blue shield and 401K options + Overtime + Term to perm - no evaluation or competition to go direct. + Room for growth and pay advancement. **Work Environment:** + Fabrication shop (non-climate controlled).
