Job Title: TIG Welder

This person will be responsible for supporting the fabrication team in their fabrication shop, making custom pieces for metal kitchen designs, custom house railings, custom high-end elevator artworks, etc. They will primarily focus on TIG welding, which requires a specific technique.

Responsibilities60% TIG Welding / Fabrication, including reading blueprints, material preparation, and machine preparation20% Going out to client sites to help with any installation issues20% Maintaining a clean shop environmentEssential Skills5+ years of welding experienceProficiency in TIG weldingExperience welding with different materials such as steel, brass, aluminum, and copperAbility to weld thin materials (20-gauge) and thicker materials (quarter-inch)Coachability and ability to learn new techniquesAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with fabricating equipment such as band saw, cold saw, brake press, and water jetAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience in related industries such as aerospace, decorative metal companies, or elevator companiesPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
