**Job Title: TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
Employees will be TIG welding in the Aquatix Division on stainless steel frames and piping. They will work from blueprints, with materials placed into fixtures by other employees. Welders will need to move these fixtures into their welding bay, which may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel frames and piping.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints.
+ Move fixtures into the welding bay, which involves lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Ensure high-quality welds according to specifications.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of recent experience (or equivalent schooling) in TIG welding.
+ Proficiency in reading welding blueprints; candidates will be tested on this skill.
+ Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32".
+ Capability to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in stainless steel TIG welding on pipe.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a very clean production setting. Welders will work in a designated welding booth.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00
