**Job Title: TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. You will primarily be working with all stainless steel materials, ensuring high-quality welds.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel materials.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
+ Fabricate and assemble components using press brake and sheet metal techniques.
+ Conduct MIG welding as needed.
+ Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed in a timely manner.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in TIG welding, specifically on stainless steel.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ 2+ years of recent TIG welding experience.
+ Basic fabrication and assembly experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with press brake and sheet metal fabrication.
+ MIG welding experience.

**Work Environment**
The shop is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable work environment. The shift is from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with half-day Fridays, averaging 45-48 hours per week. Punctuality is crucial.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
