**Job Title: TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TIG welding on stainless steel and be comfortable reading complex welding blueprints. This role requires welding between 16 gauge to 18 gauge to 1/4'' thickness and performing layouts and welds based on blueprints.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel materials.
+ Read and interpret complex welding blueprints.
+ Conduct welding between 16 gauge to 18 gauge to 1/4'' thickness.
+ Perform own layouts and welds based on blueprints.
+ Weld in multiple positions, including 1G, 2G, and 3G.
+ Utilize various fabrication machinery such as break press, sheer press, manual lathe, hand grinders, and radial drill.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of TIG welding experience on stainless steel.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex welding blueprints.
+ Experience welding in multiple positions (1G, 2G, 3G).
+ Ability to perform own layouts and welds based on blueprints.
+ Familiarity with welding symbols.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of MIG welding experience.
+ Experience welding very thin stainless steel.
+ Proficiency with using shear press to cut material to length and perform layout prior to welding.
+ Knowledge of various fabrication machinery.

**Work Environment**
Our company specializes in stainless steel fabrication products for industries such as food, pharma, agriculture, and aerospace. Welders work within their own cell, which provides plenty of space for layouts and welding tasks. The shop floor is temperature-controlled and divided into different sections including welding, fabrication and machining, quality, and inspection departments. The 1st shift hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
