All equipment is stainless food grade •Weld and assemble pipes and pipe parts in acid-resistant stainless steel •TIG welding (pulsating), manual and mechanized •Must be able to crawl in and out of containers •Process check in according to quality requirements •Rework of the labor work sheets and submit •Participate in the activities of daily improvement •Actively participate in multi-skill training •Actively participate in the team’s WCM/5S activities and reach certain level according to the company’s request **Skills** Tig, Weld, stainless steel, Blueprint, food grade welding, Tig welding, Fabrication Willingness to learn and great attitude if you cant pass below weld test. Weld is in the 6g position on 2 1/2" sch 40 pipe with a 45 degree bevel. • Pipe will be slammed together with no gap. • They want to see it done in 3 passes. • Root pass with FULL penetration, then fill pass to flush with the pipe, and finally a cover pass without undercut. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
