We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to work on custom, short run, prototype equipment for the food industry. You will be welding using TIG or heliarc techniques on thin stainless steel. 1st and weekend shifts available.
ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG and MIG welding on thin stainless steel.Produce custom, short run, prototype equipment for the food industry.Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.Use a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments.Operate welding equipment and machine settings for various welding processes.Perform fixturing and set-up as required.Work on intricate welding processes, both hand and machine, to develop complex fabrications to closely prescribed standards.Essential SkillsA minimum of 7+ years of welding experience.Strong math skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Welder qualifications per ASME Section IX and/or AWS D1.1 for GTAW, FCAW and/or GMAW in Horizontal, Vertical, and/or All Positions.Ability to work on intricate welding processes, both hand and machine.Experience with fixturing and set-up.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr.
