**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be using TIG or heliarc techniques to weld thin stainless steel. You will be producing custom, short-run, prototype equipment for the food industry. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel using heliarc techniques. + Produce custom, short-run prototype equipment for the food industry. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. + Conduct intricate welding processes, both by hand and machine, to develop complex fabrications. + Use a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments. + Operate welding equipment and adjust machine settings for various welding processes. + Perform fixturing and set-up as required. **Essential Skills** + Welding experience. + Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding. + Strong math skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Welder qualifications per ASME Section IX and/or AWS D1.1 for GTAW, FCAW, and/or GMAW in Horizontal, Vertical, and All Positions. + Ability to work on intricate welding processes to develop complex fabrications. + Experience using various hand tools, measuring instruments, and welding equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with food-grade welding. + Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). + Ability to perform fixturing and set-up as required. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a temp-controlled environment with the opportunity to continue learning and developing your skills in a custom shop.
