Tile Specialist Kirkwood, MO Reports To: Tile Specialty Leader Job Purpose: To support the success of Mosby Building Arts’ production team by providing advanced tile installation and repair in a timely and cost-effective manner. Key Responsibilities: + Perform all aspects of tile installation and tile repair to Mosby’s standards of quality + Complete tile work within the scheduled timelines to support a smooth-running project + Load and Unload materials at the job site + Keep job sites safe and clean + Provide general remodeling assistance and support on jobs as requested + Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients + Provide training and leadership to tile apprentices + Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness, and adherence to safety procedures + Other miscellaneous tasks as requested Minimum Requirements: + 5 years of tile installation and repair experience + Ability to expertly install and repair all types of tile surfaces + Knowledge of different types of tiles and their properties + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications + Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner + Good organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills + Ability to obtain and maintain class E driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable form of transportation. + Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed + Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, climb ladders, kneel, drive, and move 75lbs independently for extended periods of time.
