We are looking for our next Culinary Director/Cook hto join our team! This is a temporary role, but may have the possibility of extension or full-time in the future. Our Culinary Director/Cook:

Creates a beautiful, delicious, and well balanced range of meals for our residents. Helps hire and train new Team Members, building a passion for the culinary arts! Assists in the preparation of meals Periodically reviews the menu and food services with our residents to ensure satisfaction and brainstorm new menu ideas!

What you need to succeed!

High school diploma or the equivalent education, training and experience. Culinary degree preferred. Previous experience as executive chef, chef in hotel, restaurant, club, or other similar employment. Experience in menus for restricted diets. Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in all areas of local Health Department, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies. Able to meet budgets and control costs.
