* Conduct a Time and Attendance analysis call with the client to verify timeclock and/or time-off setup information.
* Gather paid time off policies to understand client's business practices.
* Configure client Time and Attendance and/or Paid Time Off policies in ADP Workforce Now.
* Assist clients with Time and Attendance and/or Paid Time Off inquiries until clients are transitioned to service.
* Facilitate client training on Time and Attendance and/or Paid Time Off features and functionality.
* Provide troubleshooting and additional support to internal partners on client time-related configuration activities.
* Perform quality assurance tests to ensure Paid Time Off features have been successfully configured and implemented.
* Prepare client for Time and Attendance and/or Paid Time Off transition from implementation to service.
* Provide support during client first payroll and time processing.
* Customize client's HCM platform homepage for Time and Attendance and Paid Time Off.
* Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful Time and Attendance and/or Paid Time Off implementation.
* Responsible for initiating Time and Attendance billing.
* Attention to detail, process-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Ability to respond and react to a variety of different critical issues simultaneously
* Analytical & problem solving skills to anticipate, identify, eliminate, and/or resolve problems in a timely manner
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen processes and deliverables
* Strong verbal and written communication skills through appropriate email etiquette
* Excellent organizational skills
* Experience in timeclock and/or time-off system configuration
* Strong technical background
* Expertise and knowledge in Timeclock and/or Time-off system
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Knolwedge in industry best practices and trends in Time-related solutions
* Knowledge in Time products, features, and/or services of an online HCM platform, including but not limited to ADP Workforce Now
