As a Time Tracking Functional Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing functional support and assistance to our end users and ensuring the smooth operation of our time & absence workforce management systems
As Time Tracking Functional Support Specialist , you will be responsible for:
Providing functional support for international rotators using Kronos WFC & UKG Pro WFM Executing bi-weekly reporting from Kronos WFC & UKG Pro WFM for payroll processing. Troubleshooting with employees & managers to resolve issues with missing or incorrect data in the application. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective operation of UKG systems for international rotators. Training end-users on the use of UKG products and features Monitoring incoming requests from end users in ServiceNow both for time tracking and Digital HR functional side.

Have Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Have Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to collaborate in a matrixed global organization. Able to translate technical terms to real-life stories - able to communicate with both technical teams and business functional leaders. Have ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situations. Have ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution. Have ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and monitor milestone progress. Have Experience and knowledge of UKG Pro WFM.Have Experience in supporting technologies that enable HR people and processes. Have Ability to manage competing priorities considering stakeholder needs, value to the business, level of development required and ease of implementation.Work in a way that works for you
