Timekeeping and HRIS Specialist
**Are you a experienced payroll professional looking for a new opportunity? PDS Tech is searching for an experienced payroll / HR professional for one of our clients in Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin. This is a permanent direct hire position working Monday through Friday and pays $19 -$22 per hour to start. English / Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.** **Detailed Description:** + Acts as a liaison with the HR, Finance and the Payroll department + Validation of the labor collection timecards for union, non-exempt and exempt employees along with outside contractors. + Identify system enhancements to streamline and simplify the validation and accuracy of timecards. + Provide training to employees on entry and review of timecards. Also provide training to supervisors on timecard review and approval process. + Responsible to understand the union contracts to ensure that union employees are paid correctly. + Validate the employee vacation accruals at the start of the year for office employees and the union employees based on their contract. + Validation between the labor collection and ERP system of the hours being imported. + Responsible for documentation of the labor collection and validation process. + Provide analytic and administrative support of the timekeeping function of the organization. + Work with the Payroll Supervisor on projects, audits and system enhancements. + Backup for the Payroll Analyst position. + Answer routine inquiries from inside and outside the Company on timekeeping related issues, in line with Company policy. + Communicates with all management/supervisor levels, employees, union personnel, HR Departments, Finance Department, Payroll and outside vendors/agencies (ADP, Contactor Agencies). **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $22.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.pdstech.com/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
