We would love you to join our team!** **Responsibilities** + Assist with daily interfaces from our UKG timekeeping system to the payroll system + Daily review of timekeeping data and correction of issues/errors + Multiple daily uploads of ancillary pay data from and internal systems to the time keeping system + Daily upload of education hours from an internal system to the timekeeping system + Data entry of time clock adjustment forms + Assist with a UKG timekeeping migration project **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + Proficient in Excel + Proficient with data entry + Work with a sense of urgency + Detail oriented + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Problem solver **Perferred Qualifications** + Payroll/Timekeeping experience + Previous experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) iSeries, UKG Dimensions and Oracle E-Business Suite (to run reports, scheduling, data views, etc.) + Experience using Access **Additional Data** Select Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal opportunity employer.
