As a Lube Technician, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for delivering elevated hospitality by ensuring par excellence of our vehicles. Your efficiency of service and repair will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle. We provide the training, certification, and skills required to succeed and advance your career.

Qualifications:

1+yrs. Lube Technician ExperiencePerform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filtersPerform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levelsCommunicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity.

The flat rate range for this position is $17.28 - $25.00.
