Our client, a leader in the laboratory and research industry, is seeking a Laboratory Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Assembly Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting critical tissue product assembly. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a hands-on approach which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Laboratory Assembly Technician **Location:** Chapel Hill, NC **Pay Range:** $18 per hour **What's the Job?** + Assemble a variety of tissue products according to standard instructions and prints. + Operate and set up production supplies and equipment as needed. + Perform quality checks on your own and team members' work. + Mentor others in areas of expertise as needed. + Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety, and production policies and procedures. **What's Needed?** + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to perform fine motor tasks such as sewing and cutting, with attention to detail. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. + Ability to read, write, and understand English. + Ability to work in a team environment and complete training courses. **What’s in it for me?** + $18 an hour pay rate + Temporary to hire opportunity + $500 sign on bonus after the first month and an additional $500 each following month for up to 6 months + Weekly pay with direct deposit + Monday-Friday schedule, 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) hours If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
