Title: Finance Manager

Our team plays a critical role in supporting the financial and operational needs of our clients, and we're looking for a talented Financial Controller to join us in this mission.

 

As a Financial Controller at MSX International, you will embark on a six-month transition and familiarization period to gain in-depth knowledge of our processes and procedures. Post this period, you will take charge of overseeing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring precision in financial and management accounting, and contributing to the financial health and strategic direction of our company.

 

Your responsibilities:

The incumbent will join the Finance team in an entry role to get familiar with all processes and procedures across general accounting and purchasing.

They’ll play a fully operational role, very hands on, focusing on the following responsibilities:

- Accountability in managing the finance tasks and compliance matters 

- Responsibility in compiling business results, cash flow reports and support business forecasts 

- Management daily finance tasks and ensure completion of duties regarding general and analytics accounting, supplier ledger, sales ledger, cashbooks, payroll and taxes

- Supervision/Working with the Finance/Admin team

- Supervise the office facility tasks

- Additional temporary tasks according to Company needs

 

Your profile:

- Approximately 5 years relevant financial experience (likely at medium sized company)

- Experience from financial analysis tools

- Fluent in Hungarian AND English (both written and spoken)

- Knowledge in accounting tools (i.e. payroll tools), (JD Edwards), forecasting (Smartview) and reporting (Insight & Oracle PBCS) software

- Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles

- Good leadership capacity with the ability to coach, motivate and lead others

- Analytic, solution- and business oriented

- Good communication and inter-personal skills

- Result oriented and strong self-motivation

Working Pattern: 

- 40 hours per week with a schedule from 8.30 to 17.00 pm

- Flexible working environment, including work from home days

- Fulltime and prepared to work overtime when needed
