Job Summary

Enterprise Storage Business Unit in NetApp is relentlessly focusing on building capabilities to provide customers with the advanced data management, industry-leading ransomware protection, and cloud integration that modern workloads like GenAI demand. Here is our latest product announcement to further NetApp’s mission of making the intelligent data infrastructure a reality through its Unified Data Storage. 

We are looking for a mission driven Program Manager leader to help us launch and manage the whole product life cycle of industry leading portfolio of ONTAP Storage systems and join the journey to build future of Enterprise Storage.  

 

This role will be responsible for end-to-end program management through the complete life cycle of storage products from launch, scale and EOA/EOL stages. The person will build repeatable playbooks which will inspire strong confidence in the overall planning for these strategic programs.  

This role will partner closely with Product Management and many other cross functional teams (GTM and Sales Enablement, Supply Ops, Marketing, Business Process Enablement teams etc) and will lead critical execution responsibilities which will lead to a confident, high quality and successful product launches. 

Job Requirements


Builds, maintains, owns Plan of Record for launch and overall launch planning 

Cross functional co-ordination with Supply Ops, Enablement teams, Finance, legal, Marketing, ONTAP Platform, other PMOs 

Responsible for exec reviews like Launch Readiness Reviews  

Manage EOA/EOL in a proactive and structured way (for entire portfolio of components) 

Enable execution of various launch program deliverables like Pricing review, Portfolio Transition review, monitoring and reporting post launch 

Lead launch process improvements by building repeatable playbooks and sharing best practices 

 

Required Skills and professional experience  

7+ years of Core Project and Program Management experience leading, driving, planning complex cross functional technical projects 

Strong knowledge of Product Life Cycle in Enterprise Storage or equivalent space. 

Demonstrated excellence at managing diverse stakeholders, many at a very senior level, the ability to influence, build productive relationships and negotiate right outcomes for project 

Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and structured problem-solving skills 

Comfortable with modern digital planning tools (Atlassian, Jira, Office 365, etc. ) and proficient in building high quality artifacts (slides, docs, spreadsheets etc) 

Preferred: Experience of Enterprise Storage or related Industry   

 
 

Education


BS/BA or equivalent; with an MBA or advanced certifications strongly preferred

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $156,420-$233,420.. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
