Being part of or Information Technology group, you will work closely with a team that supports and enhances NetApp’s world-wide business processes and systems. Our NetApp Emerging Talent roles differs depending on the team and scope of work but some potential areas of focus and skill sets are-
IT Systems:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with IT systems (applications, servers, networking, etc) or IT practices (operations, change control, release management) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical team members to support deadlines Ability to work independently Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize these in a customer-facing environment. Analytics/Data Science:
Creative and analytical approach to problem solving Project experience in data analysis, statistical modeling and hypothesis testing Working knowledge of one or more statistical analysis tools or languages & related libraries/packages: R (preferred), Python (preferred), SPSS, SAS, etc. Knowledge and application of concepts important in Machine Learning: e.g., cross-validation, regularization, bootstrapping, etc.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $86,310 - $121,330 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
