The Oracle Fusion Support and Data Analyst is responsible for guiding the vision, direction, and execution of procurement operations within our organization. Key Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive support for Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement Modules, including Sourcing, Contracting, PR-PO, Catalog, and FBDI Template uploads.
• Manage and maintain Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and Catalog Management (Local, Punchout, and Information).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve open issues related to procurement processes.
• Conduct regular meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Utilize ServiceNow for tracking and resolving issues, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Communicate effectively with procurement, cross-functional, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on procurement performance and addressing concerns.
• Analyse data to support decision-making and continuously improve procurement processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Collaborate with the IT Storefront group on data-related tasks and projects, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
• Participate in Oracle testing, ensuring the system meets specific needs and remains flexible.
• Develop and write SOPs, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation of procurement processes.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement Modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and experience with ServiceNow for issue management.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects when required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work experience within an operational department with high transaction volumes (e.g., Procurement, Finance, IT, SCM ) preferred.
