Title: Receptionist PT

 

 

Position Summary

The Receptionist – Administration is responsible for directing Orlando Support Campus (OSC) guests in person, over the telephone, and/or through e-mail, to the appropriate areas throughout the Orlando Support Campus. In addition, the Receptionist supports all OSC based departments to ensure overall support is delivered to all OSC customers.

 

Essential Responsibilities

Support the Transportation operation with instructional guidance, transportation scheduling and dispatch Greet and direct all incoming visitors to the appropriate meeting locations throughout the Orlando Support Campus Answer the corporate telephone line for the Orlando Support Campus Maintain common student “public” areas and ensure a neat and clean environment Support the Training Sales team customers by gathering customer information, verifying required documentation, processing and tracking said information Support other OSC departments as approved by crewleader Support new hire orientation experience tasks as assigned Perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, etc. Provide all OSC customers with a hospitable experience Develops and maintains manuals for respective role and reviews on an annual basis All other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma One (1) year of customer service/sales experience Able to operate a switchboard with a minimum of twelve (12) telephone lines Able to read, write, and speak English fluently and clearly Excellent communication skills   Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Clerical experience within a corporate or professional office Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and demonstrate flexibility Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
