Title: Sales Ops Program Mgr
Job Summary  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Consultant to join our team of Analysts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in solving   the complex business problems by modelling the data and presenting the information / insights to leadership.
The role involves working closely with Leadership and Local Area Sales Operations on resolving the issues at hand.
The candidate will provide analytics to situations like Sales Team/Rep productivity, Account performance, and design exec-friendly dashboards/presentation to support the sales and sales operations business.  Key Responsibilities Able to translate complex business problems into an easy-to understand workable model utilizing creative thinking. Ability to create exec friendly presentations. Good understanding of how optimization model works. Business savvy and able to model the requirement effectively and clearly articulate the pros and cons of a strategy Perform Data quality checks and QA process. Provide analytics to measure Sales Team/Rep productivity and Account performance. Utilize critical thinking, optimization, and operations research to solve complex problems. Engage with leadership to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights. Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Operations Research, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Sales Operations or Analytics. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Expertise in Data extraction and Database concepts Adept in MS- PowerPoint for Presentation and story telling Experience with CRM systems and sales planning tools. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership engagement skills. Ability to design and implement user-friendly dashboards in Tableau / PowerBI. Knowledge of optimization and operations research techniques. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with fiscal year planning processes. Certifications in relevant analytics tools or methodologies would be a plus.
