The Strategy & Business Operations (S&BO) team works closely with NetApp’s top executives. This role is focused on On-prem Enterprise Storage Business Unit and ensures that the group is focusing on the right priorities and executing well on top goals. The team is playing an active role in NetApp’s Core Storage related strategic decisions in defining and driving greater operational rigor across the business to accelerate our pace of execution.
As an S&BO leader, you will join a highly entrepreneurial and talented team from top management consulting firms and professionals in Enterprise IT. We focus on strategic planning, Defining and driving execution towards the key priorities, Exec reviews, Rhythm of business, Resource management, Operational excellence, and ensuring the success of critical cross-company initiatives. You will play a role in defining market opportunity and driving multiple cross-functional programs, managing the relationship with several top executives across the company. This position provides unparalleled senior executive exposure and is often the avenue to unique Strategy & Business Operational and Product Management roles at NetApp.
Key Responsibilities Strategic projects and initiatives
• Taking up complex, ambiguous business problems in a tech product environment and design effective solutions by data collection, analysis and developing deep insight.
• You will also communicate the recommendations to executives, help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of recommendations.
• Building strategic and analytical narratives, synthesized recommendations and communicating them through artifacts like high quality presentation and documentation
• Role will work with Product Management, Engineering, Program management and XFN teams to drive strategic initiatives and operationalize recommendations.
Business Operations
• Design and drive Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Strategy Reviews and Annual Operating Plan to execute strategic business priorities.
• Design processes, tools, and operating cadences to achieve operational and organizational outcomes.
• Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
MBA required and a bachelor's degree in STEM Courses preferred.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 167,025 - 248,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
