Title: Supervisor Crew Services

 

 

Position Summary:

The Supervisor Crew Services manages the administrative functions of Crew Services and analyzes crew-related metrics to improve performance, efficiency and operational integrity. The highest level of customer service is essential while coordinating with other departments and communicating with Crewmembers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Supervise Crew Services crewmembers’ daily duties to include administration of the monthly work schedules, paid time off (PTO) and overtime awards Prepare and analyze crew operational statistics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve crew utilization and efficiency Coordinate crew requirements and ensure compliance for all maintenance, delivery and charter flights Research and respond to e-mails and crew irregularity reports Action requests for recorded conversations in accordance with confidentiality guidelines Conduct one-on-ones to mentor and develop Crewmembers Mentor any Crewmembers who are on Special Assignment as a Leader Lead Crewmembers through Hospitality standards. Ability to work efficiently while paying attention to details. Take a significant role in the development of Crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement Complete other duties as assigned by Crew Services Leadership

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma Three (3) years of Crew Scheduling experience or equivalent experience Successful completion of a pre-employment math assessment Available for occasional overnight travel (10%) - subject to increase depending on operational need Must pass a pre-employment drug test Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Previous Leadership Experience Successfully completed at least 3 months of Special Assignment Supervisor rotation Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite Experience with automated Crew Management Systems Thorough understanding of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 117 and Part 121 Ability to research and analyze information/data and turn into recommendations Strong critical thinking, decision making and leadership abilities Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position starts at $80,000 per year.
