Opus VTR, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Title Clerk to join our team. As a Title Clerk you will be responsible for contacting the DMV for status updates and receiving paperwork from the out of state dealerships for processing in multiple states throughout the US.

Job Responsibilities:

- Accurately process receiving within 24 – 48 hours
- Contact DMV to get status updates either by Email, Phone, State Website or Buyer/DLR.
- Receive original paperwork for processing Title perfection, plates & registration for out of state deals.
- Review and process ticketing system requests.
- Receive completions from processed deals from the DMV.
- Contact the DMV or runner to get updates.
- Review internal and system notes on where or who to contact.
- Validate time frames from last contact.
- Update what is needed in notes and Ticketing system.
