Title Clerk
Adecco is currently recruiting a Title Clerk CSR for our client in Grand Prairie, TX This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The starting pay is $18.00 per hour. The hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm **This individual will be doing title work, assisting customers that visit the branch/ call in, processing payments, and paying vendor expenses.** **TITLE SPECIALIST. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** **Title work experience is a must** **Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):** + Review and process vehicle title documents for insurance and remarketing customers + Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale. + Stay abreast of title regulations by learning and maintaining knowledge of current title/salvage laws + Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and prompt responses to external/internal partners **Minimum Requirements:** + Basic digital literacy Time management with the ability to multitask Positive demeanor + Strong verbal and written communication skills required Thrives in a team environment Preferred Requirements: + Previous title administration, title processing or DMV related experience + Vehicle total loss/claims experience preferred + Intermediate Excel skills **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
