We are looking for a Title Clerk to join our team!
ResponsibilitiesThis individual will primarily be responsible for handling information regarding Motorcycle registration and process legal documents and other state-required documents. Organized, detail-oriented individual required with previous titling experience preferred.
Processes all new and used motorcycle for registration in the state in which they will be titled.Prepares tax and title documents.Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles or from receiving dealership.Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.Process payments made to titling agencies.Process duplicate title requests as neededMake lien payoffsPost Motorcycle dealsPost F & I products soldProcess end of month paymentsRecord and maintain new and used inventory in Light Speed SystemOther tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentTitle work experience preferredFamiliarity with DMV rules and requirementsKnowledge of loan origination functions mandatoryAbility to speak effectively in front of groups of customers as well as employeesMust successfully complete a background and drug screeningWhy Ed Morse?
