SUMMARY:

Processes car deals. Verifies costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons and handles the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. 



ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Pre-owned dealership opening soon.  

Detail oriented, multitasked, organized and can work in a fast paced environment

Experienced in excel spreadsheets

Process tax, title and license plate paperwork

Payoff trade units

Check on title status

Apply for duplicate titles

Post Webdealer payments, Journal entries

Reynolds experience a plus

Cross train with accounting office team 

Clean schedules

File, copy and record keeping


SCHEDULE:


8-hour shift including weekends

2 days off/week



LICENSE:


Must maintain a valid in-state Driver’s License and be considered insurable with the dealerships insurance policy.
