Kforce has a client that is seeking a Title Examiner in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will research chain of title of previous homeowners in preparation for transfer of property. Duties: * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks * Initiate third party orders (appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) * Review and validate loan documents * Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses * Monitor work queues and intervening as needed * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
