Title Processor

As a Title Support Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our title services. Your responsibilities include:

Data Entry: Accurately enter plats and assessment information prior to closing transactions. Reports: Order Owners and Encumbrance Reports, prepare invoices and provide report to customer. Respond to requests for property abstracts and promptly send requested abstracts to customers. Title File Management: Order and scan prior title files for examination purposes. Maintain organized records of historical title information. Homebase Information: Enter Homebase information for new title orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. Customer Service Backup: Provide backup support for our customer service team. Assist with inquiries and address customer needs. Email Management: Monitor the Production Services email box, promptly addressing any relevant requests or issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data entry and record-keeping. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Homebase).
