An established real estate title & escrow firm is hiring a Processor in Miami, 33154. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Compensation is negotiable but expected to be up to $65,000.00

About the title company: This is an attorney owned title agency. With over 15 years serving the South Florida community and their real estate title closing needs. Avery friendly group that provides paid training and the opportunity to learn other areas; commercial & residential title transactions, post closing, escrow disbursements, etc.

About the position: The title processor is responsible for opening new title requests, ordering title from the title insurance company, clearing title as well as preparing supporting documents. Documents will include contracts, lease agreements, closing disclosures, addendums, etc. While the real estate attorney conducts the majority of closings you may (occasionally) be called upon to conduct closings. We are seeking an experienced title processor or title closer. Software experience using Qualia is preferred but will consider; SoftPro, Closer’s Choice, Doubletime, DisplaySoft, Resware, RamQuest, SnapClose, E-Closing, etc.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of title processing experience
Able to work in-office
Strong organization skills
