Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Title Processor in Aston, Pennsylvania. This role is in the insurance industry, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for interfacing with clients, handling email correspondence, and assisting with title curative processes. This is a part-time, onsite position. Preferred scheduled would be 10-2 Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: • Manage and respond to customer queries through email correspondences • Ensure smooth processing of title insurance • Use communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members • Employ the use of Qualia for various tasks related to the role • Use Notary Public skills for authenticating documents • Conduct title curative processes to resolve any issues with titles • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records. Requirements • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective interaction with clients and team members • Proficient in email correspondence to ensure smooth communication and workflow • Certified as a Notary Public, preferred (not a hard requirement) • Demonstrable experience or knowledge in Title Curative for resolving property title issues • Familiarity with Title Insurance procedures and requirements to ensure all transactions are legally compliant Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
