An established title & escrow real estate company is hiring a Title Closer in Fort Lauderdale, 33301. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Pay is approx $65,000.00 with a possible increase up to $80,000.00 after 3-6 months.

About the title company: This is a real estate Attorney owned and operated title agency with offices throughout Florida. The title company has been open and operating for over a decade serving the real estate title & escrow industry in both residential and commercial transactions.

About the position: The title processor (or title closer) will be groomed to take over the Fort Lauderdale branch operations and report to a managing partner/attorney. The first few months will be learning the company process and procedure while using a hands on approach; order title, clear title, prepare closing disclosures, conduct closings as well as post closing duties. Qualified closers will have past experience and understand the title process from requesting title, clearing title, managing escrow and disbursement of funds, etc. You will be the anchor for our remote title clerks and professionals. Experience using Qualia, Closers Choice, SoftPro, Clio, RamQuest, E-Closing, Landtech, ResWare, SnapClose or DisplaySoft is strongly preferred.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of recent title & escrow experience
Advanced understanding of title process
Leadership experience
