M/I Homes, a top 15 national home builder, continues to expand its division in Cincinnati/Dayton.  They seek a Title Escrow Processor/Closer for its partner title subsidiary, TransOhio Residential Title Agency.

The office services customers in both the main office located in Cincinnati and a satellite office in the Springboro area.  The successful candidate must be very well versed in processing and closing all types of purchase money mortgage loans.  This opportunity is a full-time, in office position.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process documentation for Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage loan transactions. Create real estate documents for closing. Conduct and notarize signing with each buyer. Warehouse and disburse file according to file requirements

Reviews and organizes information from the Lender to ensure timeliness and accuracy of Initial Closing Disclosure according to statutory and lender requirements.
