Title Release Floor Supervisor (Onsite)
Plano 5 (31065), United States of America, Plano, Texas Title Release Floor Supervisor (Onsite) As a Title Release Floor Supervisor, you will be coaching and developing associates in a call center environment to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. You will communicate with managers and associates to drive customer experience based on observations. You will serve as a liaison between associates and managers to help drive associate engagement and increase department morale. **Responsibilities:** + Assists with daily back office operations and floor coverage + Coordinates daily workflow of the department and directs work of others. + Assists with escalated customer issues or complex calls and troubleshoot + Regularly trains, coaches, develops and mentors other associates in the department **Location:** Plano, TX - This role is an essential position and requires on site attendance **Basic Qualifications:** + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification + At least 2 years experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite + At least 2 years customer service experience in call center or back office for banking or financial services + At least 1 year of experience in auto finance **Preferred Qualifications:** + At least 3 years customer service experience in call center for banking or financial services + At least 3 years experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite + At least 1 year of experience working in Titles **More Benefits, More Health, More Wealth, and More Life** Capital One believes in encouraging you to fill up your cup and come back fresh.
